Arpan's formation was necessary to maintain the
co-operation, unity and togetherness of its members, under certain
developments of the organizational activities in Kuwait in September 1999.The back bone of the organization is always the
founder members, whose efforts contributed to establish the base
and frame work of organization. Even the listed objectives are limited
Arpan kept the door open for unlimited aims and tasks.

While Arpan has formed its wings, it became remarkable, the contribution
of Ochira Girish Kumar for the name, Arpan, Krishnan
K. Pillai for his effort to get the logo
and Sivadas Mullassery
for his joint contribution with Ochira Girish Kumar to script the
by-law which are the pillar to the concept of dedication.
